offers a variety of feedback support materials designed to help participants understand
their feedback and develop realistic and effective action plans. We provide interpretation
guides to lead managers step-by-step through the survey report format, giving
them tips and tools to help them understand their results and develop effective
action plans. These guides are available in printed versions as well as offered
online.
PRA psychologists have extensive experience in conducting one-on-one coaching
sessions with executives and managers. We also offer a Coaches Training Program
to prepare clients to conduct these sessions internally. The training is highly
interactive, involving exercises and role plays to provide participants with hands-on
