Benjamin Schneider, Senior Research Fellow, will speak at the 2010 APS Psychologically Healthy Workplace Conference in Washington, DC. He will define engagement and differentiate it from other related constructs, especially job satisfaction, as well as present two studies that relate measures of employee engagement at the company level of analysis to customer satisfaction and indicators of financial performance in organizations. Ben will also provide suggestions for how to improve the level of employee engagement in companies.
