Valtera Welcomes Executive Assessment and Coaching Veteran to Thought Leadership Team
Renowned leadership talent consultant and assessment center pioneer Dr. Joel Moses joins Valtera
Rolling Meadows, IL (February 12, 2007) – Valtera, the leading provider of science-based human capital solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph L. Moses, Ph.D. as Senior Practice Fellow.
Dr. Moses brings more than 35 years of broad experience in executive assessment and executive coaching to the company. He will focus on expanding Valtera’s Leadership Assessment and Development practice to set new global standards for assessment and coaching quality and effectiveness.

Prior to joining Valtera, Dr. Moses was Managing Director and co-founder of Applied Research Corporation, a consulting firm that delivers comprehensive assessment, coaching, transition leadership and performance management services worldwide. In that role, he regularly consulted with major Fortune 100 corporations including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Dow Chemicals, Con Edison and PECO Energy, as well as with major professional service firms. Previously, he was Senior Corporate Psychologist and Director of the Advanced Management Potential Program at AT&T.
Dr. Moses is author to many articles and books, including the definitive text, Applying the Assessment Center Method. He has been active in professional organizations including the American Board of Professional Psychology, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology. He is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a recipient of their highest professional honor, the Distinguished Professional Practice Award.
Dr. Moses holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baylor University of Texas, and an MBA from the City University of New York.
