For over 25 years PRA has proven to be the provider of choice for many of the world's most successful global organizations. PRA's staff is dedicated to providing sound, scientifically based solutions to the human resource management needs of our clients. Over time, as those client needs changed, so too did PRA change through the addition of experienced staff, the development of cutting edge technology and the implementation of innovative process models. Although perhaps most recognized as a premier provider of survey resources, PRA has a long tradition of psychological assessment services to assist management in making selection, promotion, and development decisions. With the addition of the Climate for Quality practice area, PRA is continuing its' legacy of identifying strategic HR measurement areas and providing the most rigorous tools to produce meaningful feedback for the organization.

Once a small firm with a handful of employees, PRA now employs more than 50 people, with employees divided roughly equally between consulting and support (e.g., Information Technology, Production, Human Resources, and Accounting) functions.
