Linking Survey Results to Key Organizational Outcomes

Research is clear! Employee opinion surveys are linked to the bottom line. PRA can assist you in the survey design phase to ensure that you have the right questions to assess the issues important to your organization. For example, it is known that employees' perceptions of the organization's "climate for service" are related to customer opinions of service.
