PRA's
National Norm Inevitably,
people ask how their own results stack up against those of others. Since
1998, PRA has been helping clients externally benchmark their internal Employee
Opinion Survey (EOS) results with normative survey data collected from employees
working in many of the United States' leading companies. The survey is administered
by PRA each fall and contains questions commonly found on traditional EOS questionnaires.
The companies represented are from many industries, including insurance, financial
services, automotive, food and beverage, computer, electronics, retail, diverse
manufacturing, airline, utility, chemical, healthcare, and others. Each year,
PRA compiles responses from the two most recent years of survey results into a
set of current National Norms for these popular EOS questions. Focusing
on the Best and Most Admired
Respondents are sampled from a U.S. domestic survey panel based on their employment
status with firms identified by their representation on published lists of "best"
or "highly admired" companies. These lists include the "Best Companies
to Work for" and "America's Most Admired Companies" published by
Fortune magazine. Respondents are also sampled from the Fortune
100. These norms are made available exclusively to PRA clients. |
