Focus Groups

Focus groups are a powerful means to gather extensive information in narrow areas of interest. They are often used to evaluate such things as culture and climate, to test new ideas, or as a follow-up to a survey process. Results from focus group input provide a deeper understanding of issues.

Focus groups are developed as one or a series of interviews. Groups of 6-10 members are chosen as a representative sample of the job family or families affected and are interviewed together.
